Gute Hochschullehre erfordert nicht immer auch großen Aufwand an Zeit und Mühe.
Dieser Workshop möchte Dozent*innen – mit oder ohne viel Lehr-Erfahrung – neue Perspektiven, Strategien und Methoden für gute Lehre an die Hand geben, die sich leicht in den Lehralltag integrieren und an den eigenen Lehrstil anpassen lassen, weil sie mehr auf Haltung und Kommunikation als auf bestimmte Methoden oder Technologien setzen.
Ich werde hilfreiche rhetorische Skripte, ressourcenorientierte Prinzipien und lösungsorientierte Fragen mitbringen. Dazu außerdem kleine und nicht so kleine Praktiken aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung in der Lehre und der Betreuung von Studierenden, die dabei helfen die Selbstwirksamkeit von Lehrenden zu verbessern, eine gute Beziehung zu Studierenden aufzubauen und sie auf konstruktive, kooperative und achtsame Weise bei ihrem eigenen Lernen zu unterstützen.
Während des Workshops wird es ausreichend Zeit für Austausch und Fragen geben. Die Teilnehmer*innen sind herzlich eingeladen, ihre eigenen erfolgreichsten Lehrmethoden mitzubringen; und sie können individuelle Hilfe bei besonders schwierigen Situationen im Seminar oder in der Sprechstunde erhalten.
