Der Repetentenkurs dient der Wiederholung des Examensstoffs für Studierende, die nach einem gescheiterten Versuch die Wiederholung der 1. juristischen Staatsprüfung anstreben. Anhand der Besprechung von Examensfällen soll dabei auf die typischen Fehlerquellen in Examensarbeiten eingegangen werden.
Für den Repetentenkurs ergibt sich in kommenden Semester folgende Aufteilung:
Öffentliches Recht (Prof. Dr. Gusy): 14.10., 21. 10., 28.10., 4. 1. und 11.11.
Strafrecht (Prof. Dr. Schild): 18.11., 25.11., 2.12., 9.12. und 16.12.
Zivilrecht (Prof. Dr. Weiler): 6.1., 13.1., 20.1.,27.1. und 3.2.
