Wiederholung und Vertiefung der examensrelevanten Probleme aus dem Allgemeinen Teil des BGB, dem Schuldrecht Allgemeiner Teil und den vertraglichen Schuldverhältnissen in Dialogform. Grundlage der Veranstaltung bilden klassische Entscheidungen sowie aktuelle Rechtsprechung. Schließlich werden die für das Examen bedeutsamen Gesetzesreformen anhand von Beispielsfällen erläutert.
