Das Blockseminar setzt sich mit verschiedenen Zugängen zur Forschung im Öffentlichen Recht und ihren theoretischen Grundlagen auseinander. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Governance-Perspektive. Anhand von Schlüsseltexten sollen Grundfragen erörtert werden und Anwendungen auf unterschiedliche aktuelle Themen (z.B. Staatsorganisationsrecht, Recht der digitalen und ökologischen Transformation) diskutiert. Eigene Forschungsbeispiele der Teilnehmenden können vorgestellt und diskutiert werden.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Studierende und Doktorand*innen im Öffentlichen Recht. Die Teilnahme setzt eine persönliche Anmeldung (unter sekretariat.pilniok@uni-bielefeld.de) und Zulassung voraus. Sie findet als Blockveranstaltung am Ende der Vorlesungszeit statt.
