301091 Theory Class: Research Training Group (S) (WiSe 2024/2025)

This Theory Class is first and foremost organized for the doctoral researchers in the Research Training Group “Cross-border Labour Markets” but also welcomes interested phd candiates from outside the RTG. The Theory Class addresses globalisation and transnationalisation theories and theoretical challenges pertaining to border-crossing labour markets.

The Theory Class will be taught in two one-day blocks, one taking place in Bielefeld, the other taking place in Duisburg-Essen. It will be co-taught by scholars from Bielefeld University and University Duisburg.Essen.

The Theory Class will be taught by Tobias Werron (Bielefeld University), Anja Weiß (University of Duisburg-Essen) and Sigrid Quack (University of Duisburg-Essen).
