Strafrecht Einführung
In der Vorlesung Einführung in das Strafrecht werden unterschiedliche Bereiche und Schwerpunkte des Strafrechts und der Justizpraxis von allen an der Fakultät lehrenden Strafrechtslehrer/innen vorgestellt. Damit wird ein Überblick über die gesamte Strafrechtswissenschaft gegeben. Im Einzelnen werden behandelt:a) Strafverfahren (Stephan Barton: 16.10., 23.10., 30.10.2007)
b) Kriminologie und Jugendstrafrecht (Britta Bannenberg: 06.11., 13.11., 20.11.2007)
c) Wirtschaftsstrafrecht. (Andreas Ransiek: 27.11., 04.12.2007)
d) Historische Grundlagen des Strafrechts (Wolfgang Schild: 11.12., 18.12.2007, 08.01.2008)
e) Strafrechtsphilosophie (Regina Harzer: 15.01., 22.01., 29.01.2008)Strafrecht Allgemeiner Teil I (Andreas Ransiek)
In dem Grundkurs Strafrecht AT werden die allgemeinen Lehren und Grundlagen des Strafrechts, die für sämtliche einzelnen Tatbestände des StGB von Bedeutung sind, behandelt. Es wird auch mit der Einübung der Falllösungstechnik begonnen. Die Veranstaltung wird im kommenden Sommersemester fortgesetzt.
