Proteom-Untersuchung von CHO-Zellen im differentiellen Ansatz:

- Organell-Fraktionierung
- 2DE-Gele + Software-Auswertung (Delta2D), Spot-Picking
- SDS-PAGE, Banden-Präparation, u.a. Histon-Banden
- Tryptische Verdaus
- LC-MALDI-MS + NanoLC-ESI-MS/MS, Auswerte-Software zur Protein-Identifizierung
- manuelle ESI-MS-Messungen
- PTM-Analyse von Histonen

Wichtige Information für Studentinnen:
Sofern eine Schwangerschaft bekannt wird, ist eine Arbeit in den Laboren nicht ohne Weiteres möglich. Hier steht moralisch und gesetzlich der Schutz des Ungeborenen im Vordergrund. Für das weitere Vorgehen bitte unverzüglich Kontakt aufnehmen mit dem Studiengangkoordinator Dominik Cholewa: mbt.techfak@uni-bielefeld.de. Zusammen mit dem Studiengangskoordinator werden dann diskret alle nötigen Vorkehrungen getroffen und alle Möglichkeiten für das Studium mit Kind belichtet.
