250276 Erwachsenenbildung neu denken - Wege zur Vereinbarkeit von Familie, Beruf und Lebenslangen Lernen (BS) (WiSe 2024/2025)

Mit Begriffen wie Lebenslanges oder auch Lebensbegleitendes Lernen (LLL), verbinden wir Lernen zur Verbesserung von Qualifikation, Kompetenz und Wissen über alle Lebensphasen und Altersgruppen hinweg. Doch damit Lebenslanges Lernen auch zum Hoffnungsträger gesellschaftlicher (Weiter)Entwicklung werden kann, braucht es niedrigschwellige Rahmenbedingungen, innovative Lehr- Lernkonzepte und neue Wege zur Vereinbarkeit zwischen Familie, Beruf und Weiterbildung.
In unserem Seminar werden wir nicht nur dem Begriff selbst und seinen vielfältigen Verständnissen auf den Grund gehen, sondern auch die vielen Formate und Konzepte erkunden, die sich darunter finden lassen. Gemeinsam widmen wir uns explorativ der Frage, wie die Weiterbildungslandschaft so gestaltet werden kann, dass sie zugänglich und flexibel bleibt und gleichzeitig zum Lernen anregt.
