Contents, comment

This seminar covers various questions regarding the nature of moral rights. The course discusses different analyses of rights, functions of moral rights, and their justification. It also covers issues such as the distinction between moral, human, and political rights and the relation between moral rights and duties. Some narrower and more applied questions are also discussed, such as whether there is a moral right to subsistence.

Diese Veranstaltung kann als Graduierten-Seminar im Rahmen des fachwissenschaftlichen Masterstudiengangs Philosophie angerechnet werden.

Teilnehmerbegrenzung:
Dies ist ein Graduiertenseminar, das für den fachwissenschaftlichen Master mit den entsprechenden Erwartungen an Lesebereitschaft und philosophische Vorkenntnisse konzipiert wurde. An diesem Seminar können insgesamt maximal 10 Bachelor-Studierende teilnehmen. Für alle Studierenden, die regulär in einem Master Philosophie eingeschrieben sind, gilt keine Teilnehmerbegrenzung. Bachelor-Studierende der Philosophie oder andere Studierende können nur teilnehmen, wenn sie sich bei der Lehrperson anmelden.

Im Masterstudiengang erfolgt der Erwerb von Leistungspunkten ausschließlich auf Modulebene.

Voraussetzung für die Vergabe von 3 Leistungspunkten ist die regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme sowie das Erbringen des schriftlichen oder mündlichen Beitrags im Umfang von maximal 1200 Wörtern bzw. 10-20 Minuten.
