300010 Universität als Organisation (S) (WiSe 2007/2008)

Mit dem "Abschied von Humboldt" verabschiedet sich die Universität auch von der Vorstellung, sie sei eine Institutionen. Sie wird vielmehr als Organisationen konzipiert. Dabei erfährt die Organisationssoziologie, dass die Universität keine normale, sondern als spezielle Organisationsform ist, deren organisatorische Eigenart bur sehr schwer zu bestimmen ist.

Dieses Seminar hat zum Ziel, die zahlreichen organisationssoziologischen Konzeptionen von Universität vorzustellen und vergleichend zu diskutieren.
