Die berufliche Tätigkeit einer Juristin oder eines Juristen besteht zu einem großen Teil darin, Gespräche zu führen. Daher sind Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen im Bereich der Gesprächsführung für eine erfolgreiche berufliche Tätigkeit unerlässlich.

Der Workshop

„Gesprächstechniken für Juristinnen und Juristen“

befasst sich mit den Grundlagen der Gesprächsführung in unterschiedlichen Gesprächssituationen.

Die Themen der Workshops sind:

• Grundlagen der Kommunikation
• Konfliktmanagement
• Verhandlungsmanagement
• Mediation

Die Veranstaltung setzt sich aus Inputphasen und Übungsphasen zusammen. Eine aktive Teilnahme der Teilnehmenden wird ebenso erwartet wie die Bereitschaft, sich an den Rollentrainings zu beteiligen
