This research class accomodates doctoral researchers who are working on dissertation projects scrutinizing cross-border labour migration and border-crossing labour markets. The research class will be organized in a workshop-like way and offer space for the participants to bring in their own materials and to discuss the different steps in their research processes and problems connected to them in a group of peers. Issues that can be brought in are, e.g., fine-tuning of the project proposal, developing the research design, making decisions on suitable methods and theories, interpreting data, etc.
The research class will convene once a month for a whole day.
