Organisation und Digitalisierung
(in Kooperation mit Bernd Eckstein, Dennis Düllmann, Marcel Schütz)In diesem auf vier Semestern angelegten Graduate Seminar werden in einem wöchentlichen Rhythmus zentrale Texte zum Themenkomplex Organisation und Digitalisierung diskutiert.
Weil an dem Seminar auch Doktoranden und Kollegen aus Oldenburg, Hamburg und Hannover teilnehmen, wird dieses Seminar in der Regel über Zoom stattfinden. https://metaplan.zoom.us/j/7024840483
Für die jeweilige Sitzung wird von allen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern ein Text gelesen. Dieser Text wird dann gemeinsam diskutiert. Wir prüfen zur Zeit, inwiefern wir ein Podcast-Format zur Frage der Digitalisierung integrieren können.
Das Forschungsseminar richtet sich an Doktoranden, ist aber auch für interessierte Masterstudierende und fortgeschrittene Bachelor-Studierende, die bereits das Einführungsmodul in die Organisationssoziologie belegt haben, geöffnet.
Im Hinblick auf eine genaue Planung wird gebeten, sich mit Textvorschlägen an die Veranstalter zu wenden (marcel.schuetz@uni-oldenburg.de; bernd.eckstein@uni-bielefeld.de; dduellmann@uni.bielefeld.de und stefan.kuehl@uni-bielefeld.de).
