Dieses Seminar behandelt schwerpunktmäßig die Störungen auf sprechmotorischer Ebene bei neurogenen Erkrankungen, insbesondere den Bereich der Dysarthrophonien, und bereitet damit auf wesentliche Aspekte des Klinischen Praktikums vor.
Die unterschiedlichen dysarthrischen Formen werden in Abhängigkeit von Lokalisation und klinischem Bild besprochen. Möglichkeiten des diagnostischen Vorgehens durch visuelle und auditive Befundung werden skizziert, diskutiert und wenn möglich eingeübt. Die Brücke zwischen den festgestellten Störungsbereichen in der Atmung, Resonanz und Stimmgebung, Artikulation und Prosodie ist dann zu schlagen. Darüber hinaus werden auch die therapeutischen Aspekte dieser Störungsbilder diskutiert.
