In diesem Seminar wird die moderne Hypnotherapie vorgestellt. Neben der Abgrenzung zu anderen therapeutischen Verfahren werden unterschiedliche spezifische Techniken dargestellt sowie Indikationsbereiche diskutiert. Daneben sollen auch praktische Anteile zum Verständnis beitragen. So sollen anhand von diversen Übungen die Studierenden eigenständig Erfahrungen in dem Verfahren erwerben.
