Lernziele und Kompetenzen:- Schärfen des Bewusstseins für ethisches Handeln im klinischen Alltag unter Berücksichtigung von Abwägungsprozessen (Selbstbestimmung, Lebensqualität vs. Lebensverlängerung, Machbarkeit, Sinnhaftigkeit, eigene Rolle)
- Auseinandersetzung mit medizinethischen Prinzipien
- Nutzen etwaiger klinisch-ethischer Unterstützungsformate
Lehrinhalte:Die Vorlesung beschäftigt sich mit der Betrachtung von End-of-Life Szenarien in der Intensivmedizin aus der medizinethischen Perspektive und beleuchtet die Arbeit der Klinischen Ethikberatung bei der Unterstützung von Behandlungsteams, Patienten und deren An- und Zugehörigen.
