Studierende sollen die unterschiedlichen zellulären Signaltransduktionswege der verschiedenen Geschmacksqualitäten nachvollziehen und erläutern können. Sie sollen das Prinzip des \"Pattern recognition\" im olfaktorische Bulbus erläutern können.



Molekulare Mechanismen der Wahrnehmung chemischer Signale

Prozessierung der fünf verschiedenen Geschmacksqualitäten

Wahrnehmung- und Erkennungsschwellen des Geschmacks

Biologische Funktion des Geschmackssinns

Glomeruläre Verschaltung des Riechepithels

Zelluläre Signaltransduktion in den Riechzellen
