Dieses Praktikum soll dem Studierenden Einblick in die experimentelle Laborarbeit geben. Dazu wird eine Aufgabe gestellt, die in der vorgegebenen Zeit gelöst werden kann. Die Themen ergeben sich aus den aktuell am Lehrstuhl bearbeiteten Projekten im Bereich der strukturellen, funktionellen und vergleichenden Genomanalyse bei Pflanzen. Ein zugeordneter Betreuer überwacht die einzelnen Schritte und leistet bei auftretenden Schwierig-keiten Hilfestellung. Ziel dieses Praktikums ist es, Teilnehmer an eine selbstständige Laborarbeit heranzuführen, wie sie später bei der Bachelorarbeit zu leisten ist. Für diese Veranstaltung findet keine Vorbesprechung statt. Themen und Termine werden individuell vereinbart.
