In besonderer Weise auf das Individuum bezogene Grundbegriffe der Erziehungswissenschaft – etwa Bildung, Erziehung, Sozialisation – konzipieren die Einzelne nicht als allein auf sich bezogene, in sich abgeschlossene Entität. Vielmehr rücken sie in je eigener Weise die grundsätzliche Verwiesenheit des Individuums auf die Welt, die Anderen, ein Zweites oder Drittes in den Blick. Im Seminar werden Konzeptionen von Differenz als erziehungswissenschaftlichen Konzeptionen von Bildung etc. zugrundeliegende Vorstellungen untersucht hinsichtlich der Frage, wie die je aktivierte Annahme von Alterität produktiv gemacht wird.
