Unterrichtliches Handeln in heterogenen Lerngruppen stellt eine große didaktische Herausforderung dar. Im Rahmen des Seminars werden zahlreiche Konzepte zum Umgang mit Vielfalt im Unterricht gesichtet. Dabei liegt ein deutlicher Schwerpunkt auf didaktische Ansätze, die von der Methodologie her konstruktivistisch ausgerichtet sind. Didaktik wird dabei nicht überwiegend inhaltlich aufgefasst, sondern deutlich breiter in Richtung auf gelingende Beziehungen, Kommunikation und Kooperation in einer partizipativen Gemeinschaft von Lernenden und Lehrenden theoretisch wie praktisch entwickelt.
