Die Veranstaltung (Vorlesung + Übung) ist eine Einführung in die germanistische Literaturwissenschaft und zugleich auch eine Einladung, die Sie in der Literaturwissenschaft, als einem Teilfach der Germanistik, willkommen heißen möchte. Ziel von Vorlesung und Übungen ist es, Sie mit Grundfragen der germanistischen Literaturwissenschaft vertraut zu machen und Ihnen Gelegenheiten zu geben, das erworbene Wissen praktisch zu erproben.
Adressiert werden folgende Fragen:- Was ist Literatur?
- Was ist und wofür betreiben wir Literaturwissenschaft?
- Theoretische Selbstverständigung über zentrale Anliegen des Faches Literaturwissenschaft
- Wie analysiere und interpretiere ich einen literarischen (lyrischen, epischen, dramatischen) Text
- Analysetechniken (insbes. Gattungsanalysen) und Terminologie des Faches
