Im Rahmen des Seminars sollen diagnostische Merkmale sowie Theorien und Befunde zur diesen Auffälligkeiten vorgestellt und anhand von Falldarstellungen sowie aktuellen empirischen Studien besprochen werden. Wir möchten das Seminar insbesondere auch dazu nutzen, um aktuelle Präventions- und/ oder Interventionsmaßnahmen vorzustellen und praktische Implikationen für die Schule zur Diskussion zu stellen.
Geplant ist darüber hinaus, Unterrichtsvideos zu nutzen und zu konkreten Fragestellungen (z.B. zum Thema „Umgang mit Unterrichtsstörungen“), Beobachtungsaufgaben zu bearbeiten. Zwei Sitzungen werden zudem für eine Einführung in die Methode der kollegialen Beratung genutzt. Mit dieser Methode können Handlungsoptionen für konkrete, berufsbezogene Schlüsselfragen entwickelt werden.
