Liebe Studierende,
der ELSA Deutschland Moot Court (EDMC) ist einer der größten deutschsprachigen Moot Courts im Zivil- und Zivilprozessrecht in ganz Deutschland.
Zweierteams aus Studierenden nehmen die Rolle der Prozessbevollmächtigten der klagenden und der beklagten Partei ein.
Der Zeitplan für die Lokalrunde sieht wie folgt aus:- Informationsveranstaltung: Di, 17.10.2023 um 16:15 in T2-208
- Workshop: Mi, 02.11.23
- Workshop: Mo, 06.11.2023 um 16:00 Uhr bei der Kanzlei Rödl und Partner
- Ausgabe des Sachverhalts an Kläger: Mo, 06.11.2023
- Bearbeitungszeit für die Klageschrift: Di, 07.11.2023 bis Mi, 22.11.2023
- Zustellung der Klageschrift an die Beklagten: Do, 23.11.2023
- Bearbeitungszeit für die Klageerwiderung: Fr, 24.11.2023 bis So, 03.12.2023
- Zustellung der Klageerwiderung an Kläger: Mo, 04.12.2023
- Vorbereitungszeit für die mündliche Verhandlung: Di, 05.12.2023 bis Mo, 11.12.2023
- Mündliche Verhandlung: 12.12.2023 um 10:00 Uhr am Landgericht BielefeldDie Aufnahme der Veranstaltung im Stundenplan reicht allein nicht aus. Ihr müsst euch mit eurer Partnerin oder eurem Partner separat unter folgendem Link noch anmelden:
