239945 Grammatischer Wandel (BS) (SoSe 2014)

Natürliche Sprachen unterliegen einem ständigen Wandel auf den unterschiedlichen Ebenen der Sprachbeschreibung. Synchron betrachtet manifestiert sich dieser Wandel darin, dass zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt zwei oder mehr Varianten ohne Bedeutungs- oder Funktionsunterschied nebeneinander existieren.
Gegenstand des Seminars ist die Variation auf der morphologischen, morphosyntaktischen und syntaktischen Ebene. Ausgesuchte Variationsphänomene werden anhand von Korpusdaten untersucht und vor dem Hintergrund von Sprachwandeltheorien diskutiert und bewertet.
