Die reformierte Lehrerausbildung berücksichtigt den Wunsch vieler Lehramtstudierender nach Praxisbezug indem sie im Laufe des Studiums verschiedene Praktika vorsieht. Ziel dieses Seminars ist es, gemeinsam Kriterien für die Bewertung der dort beobachteten Unterrichtspraxis zu entwickeln. Anhand eigener Erfahrungen, Unterichtsvideos und einschlägiger Literatur soll erarbeitet werden, woran man "guten" (oder auch "schlechten") Unterricht erkennt.
