In der Auseinandersetzung mit verschiedenen Ansätzen pädagogischer Beratung werden unter den Aspekten: Kultur/Migration und Soziale Benachteiligung/Behinderung Beratungsfelder in schulischen Kontexten bestimmt. Zielorientiert werden exemplarisch Situationen strukturiert und theoriegeleitet und -reflektierend erprobt. Dies erfordert von den Teilnehmern die Bereitschaft zum Rollenhandeln, da situationsspezifisch Methoden und Techniken ausgewählt und eingesetzt werden. Ziel ist es, Beraten als professionell zu entwickelndes Handlungsfeld zu begreifen und ansatzweise zu entwickeln.
