Ernährungstherapie
• Handwerkszeug (BIA Messung, Ernährungsprotokolle etc.)
• Setting,
• Kombinierte Basistherapie,
• GNCP – prozessgeleitetes Handeln - Qualitätssicherung

Physiotherapie
• Häufige Störungsfelder am Bewegungsapparat bei Menschen mit Adipositas,
• Physiotherapeutische Diagnostik des Bewegungsapparats bei Menschen mit Adipositas,
• Physiotherapeutische Therapieansätze:
1. Aufklärung/Beratung,
2. Wahrnehmungsschulung und Schmerzmanagement
3. Kraft- und Koordinationstraining, (Ausdauertraining)
4. Sturzprophylaxe
5. Hilfsmittel,
6. Sonstige unterstützende Therapieansätze (MLD, FDM)
