  • konventionelle synthetische Hemmstoffe des IMmunsystems: Methotrexat , Leflunomid , Sulfasalazin , Chloroquin, Hydroxychloroquin, Ciclosporin , Azathioprin
  • Kinase Inhibitoren: Baricitinib, Tofacitinib
  • Zytokinantagonisten:: Adalimumab , Infliximab, Etanercept , Abatacept , Anakinra 
  • TOR-Inhibitoren: Sirolimus, Everolimus
  •  Antikörper gegen Interleukin-2-Rezeptor auf aktivierten T-Lymphozyten: Basiliximab :
  • Antikörper gegen CD52 auf B- und T-Zellen: Alemtuzumab :
  • Antikörper gegen CD20 auf B-Zellen: Rituximab 
  • Checkpointinhibitor . Antikörper gegen PD1-Rezeptor: Pembrolizumab 


Besprochen werden klassische und neue Medikamente, die das Immunsystem modulieren und beispilesweise bei der Behandlung von entzündlichen Erkrankungen des Zentralen Nervensystems verwendet werden.
