Das Seminar KI – Kunst – Unterricht nimmt eine medienpädagogische Perspektive auf den kreativen Umgang mit komplexen Algorithmen- und Datenstrukturen ein. Im ersten Teil des Seminars wird der Zusammenhang von KI, Machine Learning und Daten geklärt, um darauf aufbauend deren mitunter komplizierte Verflochtenheit und vor allem ihre Rolle bei der Reproduktion von Ungleichheit kritisch zu durchleuchten. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden im zweiten Teil der Lehrveranstaltung (medien-)pädagogische Herangehensweisen diskutiert, die über barrierearme Zugänge zu derart komplexen Systemen nachdenken. Dabei werden auch bildungspolitische Strategien verhandelt, die diesen komplexen, datengetriebenen Veränderungsdynamiken mit der Entwicklung von Kompetenzrastern begegnen.
