Allgemeiner Teil (Staudinger)
Wiederholung und Vertiefung der examensrelevanten Schwerpunktthemen aus dem Allgemeinen Teil des BGB in Dialogform. Grundlage der Veranstaltung bilden klassische Entscheidungen sowie aktuelle Judikatur. Schließlich werden die für das Examen bedeutsamen Gesetzesreformen anhand von Beispielsfällen erläutert.

Schuldrecht AT (Jost)
Das Repetitorium Zivilrecht bezieht sich im Wintersemester auch auf das allgemeine Schuldrecht. Dieses ist in seiner Struktur darzustellen und im Hinblick auf typische Aufgaben und aktuelle Rechtsprechung zu vertiefen. Es wird auch auf Fragestellungen aus anwaltlicher Sicht (Interessenwahrnehmung und Rechtsgestaltung) einzugehen sein, da diese zunehmend im Examen eine Rolle spielen.

Weitere Literatur wird in der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben, insgesamt wird für das Selbststudium die Arbeit mit Fallsammlungen empfohlen wie z.B. mit Kornblum, Fälle zum allg. Schuldrecht, 2. Aufl. 2005 oder Fritzsche, Fälle zum Schuldrecht Teil 1, 2. Aufl. 2005.
