Contents, comment

Die Veranstaltung baut auf den in Soziologie der Organisationen des Sports Teil 1 geschaffenen Grundlagen auf und wendet sich vor allem den Sportvereinen zu. Vereine sind recht eigentümliche Organisationen, da sie als Interessenorganisationen über ganz spezifische Strukturen verfügen (z.B. Ehrenamt, freiwillige Mitgliedschaft, Demokratieprinzip). Ebenso gilt es, ihre gesellschaftliche Einbettung in den Blick zu nehmen (z.B. Stichwort: Verbände, Gemeinwohlorientierung etc.). Ein erfolgreiches Management muss diese Besonderheiten von Sportvereinen erkennen und entsprechend in den Planungs- und Steuerungsprozessen berücksichtigen. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, hierfür die Grundlagen zu schaffen.
