Nach der Vorlesung

  1. kennen die Studierenden die bildgebenden Strukturen von Herz, Mediastinum und Lunge im Röntgenbild in 2 Ebenen
  2. wurden die Studierenden in die Schnittbildanatomie des Thorax eingeführt und konnten erste Erfahrungen mit der Lungenlappen- und Segmentzuordnung bei der Demonstration computertomographischer Bilder sammeln
  3. kennen die Studierenden die prinzipiellen Bildgebungsmuster von Lungenveränderungen und Herzkreislauferkrankungen in der Projektionsradiographie und Computertomographie des Thorax und wurden in die Systematik der Bildanalyse eingeführt.

Typische Fremdmaterialien in der Thoraxbildgebung, auch im Zusammenhang mit Traumata (Pneumothorax), werden kurz vorgestellt.


Röntgenanatomie vs Schnittbildanatomie des Thorax:

  • Lunge (Grenzen, Lappen, Segmente)
  • Herz (Höhlen, Klappen)
  • Mediastinum (Oberes, Mittleres, Unteres
  • Thoraxmantel/Skelett und Pleura

Projektionsradiographie des Thorax, pa, lat, liegend/intensiv, Kulissen- und Silhouettenphänomen

Bildgebungsprinzipien und radiologische Beschreibung (Nomenklatur) in der Thoraxdiagnostik

  • Rundherde
  • Fokale vs. multiple/disseminierte Veränderungen
  • Fleckige, streifige, flächig und retikuläre Veränderungen

Traumatische Veränderungen und Fremdmaterial
