Die Studierenden können den zellulären Aufbau der Organe für die Geruchs- und Geschmackswahrnehmung beschreiben und im histologischen Präparat erkennen. Die Studierenden kennen die funktionellen und strukturellen Aspekte der unterschiedlichen Sinneskörperchen zur somatosensorischen Informationsaufnahme für Druck-, Vibrations- und Dehnungswahrnehmung des Körpers. Die Studierenden können Organe der Propriorezeption hinsichtlich ihrer Funktion unterscheiden und beschreiben.


- Geschmack, Geruch, Sensorik Geschmackspapillen und Geschmacksknospen, olfaktorisches Epithel,
- Exterozeptoren (Merkel-Zellen, Meißner-Tastkörperchen, Vater-Pacini-Körperchen),
- Propriozeptoren (Golgi-Sehnenorgane, Muskelspindeln), -
- Viszerozeptoren
