291402 Seminar zur Klausurtechnik im Öffentlichen Recht (S) (WiSe 2013/2014)

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich als Angebot des Examinatoriumsbüros ausschließlich an Examenskandidatinnen und -kandidaten des Studiengangs Rechtswissenschaft. Zunächst werden die allgemeingültigen formalen Vorgaben erarbeitet bzw. wiederholt, deren Einhaltung für das erfolgreiche Schreiben einer Examensklausur erforderlich ist.
Am zweiten Tag der Veranstaltung sollen die TeilnehmerInnen eigenständig einen Original-Examensfall bearbeiten. Die Bearbeitungen werden im Anschluss korrigiert und jeweils in Einzelgesprächen einer individuellen Fehleranalyse unterzogen.

Die Veranstaltung stellt auf diese Weise auch einen Vorlauf für Klausurtechnikseminare im Straf- und Zivilrecht dar, in denen dann im weiteren Verlauf der Vorlesungszeit u.a. die Routine der Falllösung weiter eingeübt werden soll.

Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 12 Personen begrenzt; eine vorherige Anmeldung direkt im Examinatoriumsbüro (Raum: T3-138) oder per E-Mail (examinatorium.rewi@uni-bielefeld.de ) ist erforderlich!

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende, die sich in der Examensvorbereitung befinden. D.h. das materielle und prozessuale öffentliche Recht, welches Gegenstand des 1. Staatsexamens sein kann, sollte den Teilnehmern grundsätzlich bekannt sein.
