In diesem Projekt sollen Studenten der Biologie, Systembiologie, Bioinformatik, Biotechnologie, etc zusammen Methoden entwickeln, um vektorielle und nominale Daten aus single-cell genomics Experimenten zu visualisieren. Idealerweise erstreckt sich das angestrebte Softwarepaket von der Klassifikation, der statistischen Analyse und der Dimensionsreduktion bis zur grafischen Darstellung im web browser mittels effektiver Einbindung aktueller Information Visualization Software Frameworks und Bibliotheken.
