205027 Methoden der Stammzellbiologie (S) (SoSe 2013)

Seminar zu modernen Methoden der Stammzellforschung (Isolation/Generierung von Stammzellen, deren Manipulation und Analyse). Im Rahmen der Seminarreihe sollen (englischsprachige) Originalarbeiten, sowie Übersichtsartikel analysiert und diskutiert werden.

Hierbei sollen die jeweiligen Artikel im Selbststudium von den Teilnehmern vorbereitet werden und von je einem Studierenden pro Veranstaltungstag als Power Point/Open Office-Präsentation vorgestellt werden. Im besonderen Fokus liegen die in den Veröffentlichungen verwendeten Methoden, die Qualität der Daten, sowie deren Darstellung.

Erwartet werden solide Kenntnisse der Zellbiologie und Molekularbiologie der Eukaryonten (insb. Säuger).
