In der Veranstaltung werden BGH-Entscheidungen zu examensrelevanten zivilrechtlichen Themen aus den letzten zwölf Monaten in klausurmäßiger Form besprochen, d.h. es wird auf der Grundlage des Sachverhalts der Entscheidung gemeinsam eine Lösung des gesamten Falles entwickelt. Mit der Veranstaltung soll die Fallbearbeitung für das Examen trainiert werden. Zugleich dient die Veranstaltung dazu, aktuelle Entscheidungen, die ggf. auch Gegenstand einer Examensprüfung sein können (Klausur, Vortrag, Prüfungsgespräch), vorzustellen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt jedoch bei der systematischen und gemeinsamen Lösung des Falles.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende in der Examensvorbereitung.
