Contents, comment

The International Summer School Programme “Climate change and spatial epidemiology: Concepts, Modelling, Strategies” is combined with the well-established course on infectious disease epidemiology (IDE).
The course addresses recent challenges of climate change and spatial epidemiology. We focus on state-of-the-art statistical and spatial modeling to address topics of health and the environment in developing countries, such as burden of disease, socio-ecological health determinants, and disease mapping.
