Die Veranstaltung ist Teil des Projekts "richtig einsteigen." der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft.
Sie richtet sich an Studierende (Studienziel "Erste juristische Prüfung" und Bachelor-Nebenfach) in der Studieneingangsphase (1. und 2. Fachsemester).
Am ersten Termin (Dienstag) werden Techniken der Herangehensweise an eine juristische Hausarbeit gezeigt und die bei der Erstellung zu beachtenden formellen Anforderungen erklärt.
Weiterhin wird ein Überblick über die Fachliteratur gegeben und auf weitere Veranstaltungen der Fakultät zum Themenkreis Hausarbeiten hingewiesen.
Der zweite Termin (Mittwoch) dient einer Einführung in die Recherchemöglichkeiten insb. der juristischen Fachbibliothek.
Die Veranstaltung wird durch eine die "Hausarbeitszeit" übergreifende Beratung begleitet.
