In diesem Seminar wird es um Schule als Arbeitsplatz und Unterricht als Handlungsrahmen gehen. Entlang der Teilnehmendeninteressen können in diesem Spannungsfeld Themen untergebracht werden wie: Erwartungen und Anforderungen an den Lehrer*innenberuf, seine Geschichte und aktuelle schulpolitische Entwicklungen, aber auch Lehrer*innenhandeln oder/und berufsbiografische Ansätze ebenso wie Möglichkeiten zielgruppenorientierter Unterrichtsgestaltung.
