230201 Kommunikation und Vertrauen (S) (SoSe 2023)

Vor dem Hintergrund der Tatsache, dass Vertrauen in und durch Kommunikation entsteht und somit eine Schlüsselrolle für die menschliche Kommunikation spielt, besteht das Ziel des Seminars darin, die Rolle des Vertrauens in verschiedenen kommunikativen Kontexten wie z.B. in der Arzt-Patienten Kommunikation, in der interkulturellen Kommunikation, in der Kommunikation zwischen Eltern und Lehrenden oder in privaten Gesprächen anhand ausgewählter empirischer Studien zu untersuchen. Außerdem widmen wir uns der Frage, wie Vertrauen kommunikativ hergestellt aber auch zerstört wird.
