Die Moderationsmethode stellt wichtige Instrumente und Prinzipien bereit, um aktives, selbstgesteuertes Lernen zu ermöglichen und Gruppenprozesse zu strukturieren. Sie stellt an die Lehrenden hohe Anforderungen in Bezug auf Flexibilität und Selbstreflexion. Diesen besonderen Anforderungen soll in diesem Seminar nachgegangen werden: Nach einer knappen, grundlegenden Einführung in die wichtigsten Prinzipien der Moderation, soll die Reflexion eigener Unterrichtserfahrungen und der Erwerb von Methodenkompetenz im Mittelpunkt stehen. Darauf aufbauend, wird es im zweiten Teil über einen intensiven, strukturierten und erfahrungsorientierten Austausch der TeilnehmerInnen darum gehen, die Methode und die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse für den eigenen Unterricht fruchtbar zu machen. Die beiden Blöcke, die in diesem Rahmen angeboten werden, dienen der Erprobung der Moderationsmethode und Vertiefung der Kenntnisse
