  • die Biosynthese und zelluläres Signaling der Prostaglandine beschreiben,
  • grundlegenden molekulare Prinzipien der Entzündung erläutern,
  • die Funktion von Prostaglandinen in der Entzündung erläutern,
  • die Rolle von Prostaglandinen bei Schmerzen erläutern,
  • die Rolle von Prostaglandinen in der Entstehung von Fieber erläutern,
  • die Medikamentenklasse der Cyclooxygenase (COX) -Inhibitoren definieren.
  • alternative Bezeichnungen der Cyclooxygenase (COX) -Inhibitoren (Nichtsteroidale Antiphlogistika, NSAR, Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs, NSAIDs) nennen,
  • den molekularen Wirkmechanismus der Cyclooxygenase (COX) -Inhibitoren erläutern,
  • häufige unerwünschte Wirkungen und deren molekulare Mechanismen erläutern,
  • die Grundlagen der klinischen Anwendung von Cyclooxygenase (COX) -Inhibitoren erläutern.


Diese Veranstaltung wird im Rahmen des Kompensationspunkte-Programms für Prüfungen angerechnet.

In diesem Seminar besprechen wir den Wirkmechanismus und Grundlagen der klinischen Anwendung von Cyclooxygenase (COX) -Inhibitoren zur Behandlung von Fieber, Schmerzen, und Entzündung.

Das Seminar baut auf die Vorlesungsreihe \"Grundlagen der Pharmakotherapie\" auf. Bitte wiederholen sie außerdem vor Besuch des Seminars die Grundlagen des Angeborenen Immunsystems, die in der Physiologie besprochen wurden.
