Aufbauend auf der Vorlesung Genomforschung II (Funktionelle Genomforschung) sollen in diesem Praktikum Grundlegende Methoden der Genomforschung an Hand des pflanzlichen Modellsytems Arabidopsis thaliana er-lernt werden. Inhalt der Lehrveranstaltung: Isolierung von Gesamt-DNA und RNA aus Pflanzen, PCR, RT-PCR, Agarosegelelektrophorese, Restriktionsverdau, Klonierung, Blotting, Hybridisierung von DNA (Southern) und RNA (Northern). Leistungskontrolle: Klausur, Termin: 24.02., 9 c.t. [Lf: n; 50: n; Fs: n]
