Ziel des Seminars: Die Studierenden werden in die Begrifflichkeiten rund um Kompetenz eingeführt. Sie erhalten einen Überblick zu den wesentlichen Elementen und Instrumenten des Kompetenzmanagements, sowie deren Einsatz in der Praxis. Im zweiten Teil des Seminars sollen die Studierenden dahingehend sensibilisiert werden, ihre eigenen (Entwicklungs-) Potenziale zu identifizieren und somit eine objektivierte Standortbestimmung Ihrer Kompetenzen vorzunehmen. Jeder erarbeitet sein individuelles Kompetenzprofil.

- Kompetenzmanagement
- Kompetenzentwicklung als Bestandteil des Kompetenzmanagements
- Kompetenzmessung/-erfassung: Vor- und Nachteile

- Kompetenzorientierung in der Praxis: Qualifikation vs. Kompetenz
