Eine Verfassung hat es im Römisch-Deutschen Reich nicht gegeben. Gleichwohl hat es im Laufe seiner langen Geschichte Strukturen einer Verfassung herausgebildet. Anhand ausgewählter Quellen sollen verfassungsrechtliche Regelungsprobleme des Reiches analysiert werden.
