Basic functions (such as standard search, advanced search, filtering and sorting options) of Web of Science and Scopus are presented in this training. If desired, further functions can be discussed. Furthermore, general literature search tips (search matrix, evaluation of search results) are taught.
Primary target group: Students who will soon be writing a thesis or who are simply interested in literature searches using Web of Science and Scopus.
Researchers who are not yet familiar with Web of Science and Scopus or who want to refresh their knowledge are also welcome to attend.Up to 30 people can register for this online training. Please use a Bielefeld University email address for registration.
