Hier geht es um die Vertiefung sowohl von Kenntnissen als auch von Falllösungstechnik über das im Grundstudium erreichte Niveau hinaus. Im Mittelpunkt steht das besondere Vertragsrecht des Kaufs und ausgewählter Dienstleistungen. Anhand von Originalklausuren, aktuellen Urteilen und Klassikern werden jeweils zunächst die Strukturen herausgearbeitet, um auf dieser Grundlage die bei der Falllösung hervortretenden Wertungsfragen in den Blick zu nehmen. Gleichzeitig wird damit für die Klausur geübt.
