Schwerpunktveranstaltung für SPB 7 - Arbeit und sozialer Schutz
Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist ein Teil des Rechts der kollektiven Arbeitsbeziehungen, näm-lich der Gewerkschaften und Arbeitgeberverbände. Dargestellt werden die verfassungsrecht-lichen Grundlagen des Koalitionsrechts, das Tarifvertragsrecht (Abschluss, Inhalt, Auslegung und Anwendung von Tarifverträgen) sowie das Recht des Arbeitskampfes (Voraussetzungen von Streik und Aussperrung, Rechtsfolgen rechtmäßiger und Rechtsfolgen rechtswidriger Ar-beitskämpfe).
