Diese Veranstaltung richtet sich an die Teilnehmer des alten BA-Studiengangs Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Die Veranstaltung setzt sich zusammen aus einer zentralen 2-Stündigen Vorlesung, an der auch Studierende des neuen BA-Studiengangs teilnehmen werden, sowie einer Vertiefungsvorlesung, die alle 14 Tage stattfinden wird.
In dieser Veranstaltung werden elementare Konzepte der Informatik diskutiert, die für den Umgang mit Rechner hilfreich bzw. erforderlich sind. Insbesondere wird die Problemlösungsschicht ins Auge gefasst. Hierfür werden Techniken vorgestellt, mit denen sich kleine Probleme -- wie statistische Berechnungen -- lösen lassen. Als Sprache wird Python zum Einsatz kommen.
Die Veranstaltung wird mit einer Klausur abgeschlossen.
